Hello,

You can say what you want, and I will say this, and you will agree with me.One is more likely to pursue an event or chain of events that will kill themselves, without the actions of any others to contribute towards their death. One can be all alone and find themselves in a life threatening situation, usually of their very own making. THIS is the thing to be concerned about. Most of the time, it is simple lack of preparation that brings folks to this risk of death. Worrying about trail crime is a waste of effort and energy when one is far,far more likely to kill themselves in some way while recreating.Hiking alone can be made dangerous without anyone's help, or in spite of it. It's up to each one of us to be properly prepared. I prepare myself, in part, by not worrying about trail crime, as I am statistically much, much safer hiking down a trail than I am walking down an urban street. I fear only my own decisions once out in the woods.

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
